Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had extremely large rooms with a lovely view, recently renovated, bright, clean, and very comfortable bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast was very nice, although the darkness at night may not suit everyone.
I had a bit of confusion at check-in, but the rooms were spacious and clean, just like the ones in the pictures. My travel partner booked a single less expensive room, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good and tasty. However, the hotel was quite dated and noisy in some areas. The service was also very attentive and friendly, with a great buffet breakfast. The location was excellent, right next to Milano Centrale station, making it convenient to access different transportation options. The dining experience, however, was not of good quality and staff seemed slow. Despite some drawbacks, the overall experience was positive and offered good value for money.
The hotel had a very odd smell in the rooms, somewhat like a hospital, but it was impeccably clean and well-located for the next leg of our European trip. The service was friendly and welcoming, though I had some issues getting a suitable adaptor. The location near the central station made it convenient to move around, with plenty of nearby restaurants and easy access to the metro. The dining choice was more than plentiful, offering excellent coffee, and the facilities were adequate for my needs.
The hotel's location close to the train station is very convenient, making it easy to reach by public transport. While the rooms are well-furnished, the noise from the small courtyard can be disturbing, especially without natural light. The service, aside from staff members not always being knowledgeable, could be more attentive to details like noise levels. The dining experience, although a bit overpriced, offers fresh options, albeit somewhat basic. Facilities are adequate, although the slamming doors and cleaning personnel discussions can be disruptive.
